My MBL doesnt show on my router’s list of connected device, router works fine, ethernet is well connected

  • solid Green light

  • reset doesnt appear to do anything

-tried with a different cable, same result

  • cant access dashboard or drive from computer network

-must have happened after firmware update of twonky and wd dlna

Help Help please…I have been having sleepless night over this cause I desperately need the files in drive:mansad:

Try using WD Link to see if it can find your drive.

WD Link doesnt find it.

Try connecting a network cable directly from your drive into your computer. Then reboot them both.

See if the drive shows up in Windows Explorer under Networks. (What version of Windows/Mac are you using?) Do you have a Mac to try it with?
