After having our my book live an lg TV (42lw650t) working OK, we swished over to the DLNA input of the TV to see a message saying “empty folder” where it used to display all the folders etc
We have powered everything off, factory reset the TV, checked for updates on TV & checked al connections we cannot find a way to see the files. We can, however, see all the files and folders on a mac, pc & the wd2go pro app on ipad
Is this something that wd need to fix? The whole point of buying he nas & the TV was to play video files straight to the TV. It will be a at waste of 3tb if wd cannot sort this out
We believe the issue has started since a firmware update to the nas earlier today…
