First, My Book hard disk work well but when I connect it on another computer (Ex: my laptop’s wife) the hard disk (My book) is recognized by the laptop but it show “YES” under locked and ask for a password under computer (manage) someone can help me ?
Also, when I go on my computer under hard disk drives, I just see the C: drive ??? don’t see any D: drive…
need help…
You’ve posted your question on the MyBookLive forum. MyBookLive is a Network Attached Storage (NAS) drive. It seems like your question is about a USB-attached external MyBook drive. Is that true, or have I misunderstood?
