Hi!

I bought an external hd element 2tb and when i connect it to the wd media player live, despite the fact that media player recognizes it, it says that there are no media files there!!!

the media player is updated with the latest firmware.

Does anyone know what is going on???

Eject the drive from your WD.   Attach the drive to your PC.    Delete the hidden .wd-tv folder.

Eject from your computer.   Plug it into the WD.

Problem still there?

The problem is still there!

It seems like it doesn’t recognize the files that are in folders.

Only the files that are in the main folder of the hard disk are accecible :frowning:
