I had issues with my WD not seeing my hard drives. so i thought i was clever and did a reset by pressing the button at the back. Now it boots up, asks me to select language and gets stuck… does not go beyond language selection, any help can be very helpful.
reboot (unplug from the power … wait a few mintues and try again)

Did that. Still the same problem. Doesn’t move from select language.
You need to be connted to the net for this selection to work (don’t ask me why).
Still stuck at select language. Not accepting any input.
