WD live netflix no sound no video

Hi There,

I have two wdlive boxes that were both working fine until a couple of days ago.

suddenly one box wont run netflix properly. I can login to netflix, select something and I see the loading bar and then a blank (black) screen and no audio. If I exit the programme I am watching I can see from the preview in that show that netflix *thinks* it has ben playing it as the preview is further into the show.

My other box still works absolutely fine.

Any ideas why this could suddenly happen and how I can fix it?

Both boxes have most up to date firmware. 

Only recent changes are that I have had fibre installed so I have 37Mb rather than 6Mb. No changes on my internal network though.
