When you have patch files you might need to rebuild the library to get the files to show up in the right order. This is done under Setup–>System and Media Library. There will be an option to clear the media library.

Whatever I press on the opening screen I get Error: Error on line 1: Content is not allowed in proglog?

Thankes for reporting this problem.  Do you use the install or portable ? Wich version of Windows  and Java du you have ?   You could try the newest WD Live Info  version 0.69 http://sourceforge.net/projects/wdliveinfo/, and also make sure you have the latest version of Java installed, you can check that here: http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp
