WD Live can't see computer, but computer sees WD

Have WD TV live which was working. Changed routers to 68U and was working with that. But Now the WD does not see my computer. On the computer I can see the WD device. My router has a usb3 port which I have a drive on. the wd will see this device and stream fine. I had both working for a while.

I have the shares set up, and have read and done everything I could find.

Need some help?
