WD Live cannot logon to the internet

School enviroment - everything here goes through a barracuda firewall which required a logon with password. I cn browse the internal network fine but if I try Youtube or any of the internet places - including firmware upgrade or check - it get no connection found. 

Is there a way to add a username and password or is there a default one I can add to the barracuda?

You’ll have to check with your district’s IT guys on that.  

They’ll need put an exception in the rule for a specific MAC address / IP address combination to be permitted out to the internet without logging in.   There’s no mechanism available in the Live to be able to sign-on to  a firewall.

Short of that, it’s not going to work.
