On WD site there is updated VKGAW41G firmware for WD DC HC310 drives but no software tools to update firmware.
I have HUS726T6TALE6L4 DC HC310 512e/4kn drive with VKGNW40H firmware. How could it be updated to VKGAW41G by user or generic IT support guy?
Almost two years passed, does anybody know how to update WD DC HC310 firmware?
