WD HDD Is asking for Format

Hi, Need a Favor My WD Passport Is Showing 0 Bytes used but i have used more than 400GB out of 1TB when ever i connected it says Format the disk, I have very IMP data on it how can i recover it, Please Help

Hello there,

Have you tried to connect the drive to a different computer, or perhaps use a different USB cable on the drive ?
