I’ve had the WD HD Media Player for more than a year now. Recently when I connect it to my 1TB HD to access my video files, it keeps scanning and not going anywhere. I used to be able to access my files. I added several movies and photos and now it seems that it cannot access those. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

This is for the Live/Plus so if you aren’t looking for advice on it specifically you might want to post in a more appropriate forum.
For the Live/Plus with these symptoms I’d delete the small wd folder/file on the attached hard drive and let it rebuild the library.
