MY QUESTION IS THAT I ROLLED BACK 1.6.43 TO 1.02.xx SOME THING BY MISTAKEN I DONT HAVE REMOTE TOO NOW I PLUG WIRED KEYBAORD TO WD HD LIVE MEDIA PLAYER BUT KEYBAORD IS NOT WORKING ON IT,
NO REMOTE
NO KEYBAORD DEDUCTION
WHAT I HAVE SUPOSE TO DO TO UPGARDE THE FRIMWARE BACK TO 1.6.43V

Hi, what is the model number? Have you tried resetting the unit and connecting a flash drive with the firmware update plugged in the USB port?

let me know when i dont have Remote and no Keybaord working on it how i will run the setuP without remote and i have Generation 1 wdbaap0000nbk-02
