WD EX2 Ultra and Mac Montery 12.7.3 Timemachine

My Mac’s Timemachine will not execute each day. If I restart my WD EX2 Ultra, Timemachine will work all day long.

Does anyone know why I have to restart my NAS? IS there a way I can autoimate the restart nightly?
