I have switched from PC to Mac. Is my Elements external storage comparable with Mac? If so what do I need to do to change over.
Hi Nallajo, welcome to the Community. It depends on the format you use for the Elements. Check the following link to view the compatible formats for each OS and for the steps on how to change the format. Note that formatting a hard drive deletes all of the files.
