Hi there, My USB drive became corrupt and unreadable. I ran chkdsk and now the drive is no longer showing as corrupt but when I select it a message says ‘E: is not accessible. Access is denied.’.
Selecting properties it shows drive with used space and capacity as 0 bytes.
Runing Norton scans shows that all the files are still in the drive but no virus on the drive,
I ran Recuva but it only recovered 2 small files. I have over 20,000 songs and a few movies on the Elements drive. It ignored all the audio and video files. I’m trying EaseUS data recovery now.
Any other ideas to recover these files? Thanks
