WD Elements reduced the size from 500GB TO 32GB

My HD have reduced the size to 32gb after using it as back up and restore on windows 10 and now i cannot use it fully. formatting does not restore the size.

The drive is currently formatted in FAT32. Reformatting in NTFS from the disk management or any other 3rd party software will resolve the problem.
