I have an external disk WD Elements Portable P/N: wdbu6y0020bbk-05. I’m having trouble accessing the disk, I wanted to buy an exact one to see if I can solve the problem by replacing the motherboard. Can anyone tell me where I can find a disc exactly the same?

You can get a new one on Amazon
If your Elements is under warranty, you can get a replacement from WD.
