WD Elements Play stuck on WD logo on TV!

Hi WD friends,

I have a WD Elements Play multimedia drive 3tb.

It works ok in my computer pluged USB, but when I connect it to my TV via HDMI it gets freezed at the WD logo in tv screen, I can´t go further,…  just the WD logo on TV screen. useless to use the control remote, I had reseted manually.

Somebody had experienced such a issue?

Hello,

If you have tried to reset it to factory default using the reset switch on the back of your unit and still does not respond, then I recommend that you contact Western Digital for assistance.
