WD Elements play Output through AV out but not through HDMI

Hello Everybody,

I am a fresher to this forum. I am tired of using my WD Elements play as an external HD. My problem is -

HDMI output is not displayed from my wd Elements Play (WDBACC0020HBK) on my Panasonic 50" plasma (P50V20D) but it does displays through the AV out.

However, the HDMI output is displayed on my neighbour’s 32" LG LED TV.

However, my satellite receiver’s output through the HDMI port is perfect on the same Panasonic TV.

Whats the solution?

It is possible the device is using a signal (NTSC/PAL) or resolution not compatible with your Television. I would recommend slowly testing the connection on lower settings and even a reset until acquiring a compatible configuration.
