WD ELEMENTS PLAY 4 PROBLEMS to be solved DIRECTLY

HELLO!!
I have found 4 PROBLEMS should immediately find a solution
1) IMAGES (THUMBNAILS) STRIPS NOT SUPPORTED AS INPREVIOUS WDHD
2) DTS file is not supported
3) MP4  VIDEO  THE FILES NOT PLAY PROPERLY slow, GLUE
4) THE NEW FIRMWARE VERY CLOSED TO MOVED !!!The LAST was 10/2010 !!!

Should immediately solve these
