WD Elements not recognized since v. 1.01.24

Hi,

I have a problem with a WD Elements 1,5 TB (WDBAAU0015HBK-00).

With firmware 1.01.17 it works perfect! but since i’ve upgrade to 1.01.24 (… and i’ve tried with later versions unsuccessfully) the HD is  not recognized by WD Live HD.

If i want to use de external HD I can’t upgrade firmware to new versions…

Any suggestion… thanks in advance

Thanks for the answer…

The drives mounts perfectly and works fine with firmware 1.01.17… I have the problem with later firmwares (>= 1.01.24)… so I don’t think  the disc format is the cause…
