WD Elements don’t say nothing after 19V

I do have unused WD Elements 8TB with WD80EMAZ disk on it and I think Ive accidentaly tried to start it with PSU from NUC which is 19V…

Disk don’t say anything, no sound, no nothing. USB closure just blinks white light, but disk is quiet. This happened a while back already and now tried to google it is there something what can be done to get it fixed which lead me to here as noticed here is lifesaver called @fzabkar

Are you or someone else able to help, if i could just try to change some component(s) from the PCB?

Here are two images and if those are not good enough then I will try to provide better ones.

The typical problem is a shorted 12V TVS diode (“ZA”) and/or an open 12V fuse. The fuse is that tiny component in the top left corner nearest the SATA power connector.

If the diode is OK, and if you are willing to accept the risk, you can bridge the fuse with a blob of solder.
