Hi all,I have two WD Elements and both are not seen by file manager (Windows 10). I already turned off and on pc after I correctly unplugged both devices. I changed USB cable, I changed USB ports but to no avail. Both show up in settings under devices as happily connected but I can not access either of them. Any advice is welcome!

Since you have already done all the basic troubleshooting yourself, and the device is still not visible in the File Manager/ File Explorer, the next best option you can go for is reformatting the drive. but make sure you may go for this option if you have the copy of the same data which is in the WD Drive, is backed up in another location.
