So I have just purchased a WE elements 2tb portable hard drive. I purchased it to increase the storage on my Xbox one. However when I plugged it in to the Xbox the hard drive started spinning up and beeping, then after around 10-15 seconds the hard drive So is down and stops completely dead and it was not detected at all by the Xbox. I then tried it on my laptop and exactly the same situation with the hard drive spinning up and beeping to then stop dead and no detection in anyway at all on the laptop either. Do yo have any solutions or is this a faulty product?
