WD Duo Home visible on my network but not possible to access to any file

Hi,

My Duo Home was working perfectly untill some days ago where I discover the following facts:

  • the WD Duo Home is existing on my intranet network at home
    But when I launch the Windows 7 browther, and click on my DuoHome, the browers displays : no file ! (Despite of the fact that I haves thousands of files there !)
    any idea to solve this problem ?

It’s not a web browser, it’s Windows explorer, used to magane files on your PC.
I see this:ck on my Duo Home to see my files

Strange…did you sign in to MyCloud.com using the exact same email address and password?
IE: do you have more than one user login for MyCloud.com?

Device Owner = email address #1
Guest User = email address #2

I am the only user of my Duo Home Raid1 hard disc.How to recover the visibility of my files ? That’s incredible to have lost that without any reason !
