WD Duo 2x 10TB in stripe

So I have an orange flashing bar on my WD Duo, “WD Drive Utilities” shows that both drive bays are empty. Have both drives failed at the same time? Or maybe only one drive has failed, but due to the stripe all data is now inaccessible.
