Okay sharing what I found that was interfering with the WD Drive Utilities and WD Security Software from finding my drive,And it was:
ASUS AI Suite.It seems that if you have the ASUS AI USB 3.0 Boost enabled(Turbo Mode),The WD Software won’t recognize your drive.(UASP is supported on My Passport Ultra and it really speeds up the drive when moving files and browsing the drive).
But if you disable(Normal Mode) the WD Software will see your drive:
Just thought I would pass this a long,And you can use the ASUS USB 3.0 Boost(Turbo Mode) when moving files and then put back in Normal Mode.
