WD Drive Utilities is the worst application that I have ever used on Windows and Mac. After almost every operating system update, WD Drive Utilities is no longer functioning. This applies to Windows and Mac. To make it work again, I have to uninstall and install the application. Sometimes that doesn’t even work. I have two My Book Duo products. I can’t even trust that the drives are in a healthy condition because WD Drive Utilities is often buggy and useless.
