WD Drive Unlock does not work with Big Sur

I am setting up a new iMac running Big Sur, and cannot access my WD My Passport. After some internet research, I saw that I need to install WD Discovery. However, when I downloaded WD Discovery and ran the installer, it stuck at “50% extraction” and would not proceed. So now I cannot access the Passport.

Please advise.
