Win 7 Pro 64-bit. Downloaded WD Drive Manager .zip file for Win 7, opened .zip file to run .exe file, seemed to be routine uneventful installation; however, WD Drive Manager could not be found thereafter on Start Menu and did not open from text box, altho visible both in Program Files of C: Drive and in Programs & Features of Control Panel. Uninstalled WD Drive Manager from Programs in Control Panel, downloaded again, repeated installation, same results. Cannot locate WD Drive Manager after installation>
