I have just read this thread, having been away for some time but a previous regular poster.

Well, before we start getting called a bunch of Nazi’s (and, yes, I am German), lets bring this fiasco to a close (and I mean fiasco only in the sense that josepimenta couldn’t get any help).
@ josepimenta, part of the purpose of these forums is to provide users the opportunity to share their experiences, including their gripes, as long as they stay within the useage guidelines. These guys are just trying to keep the atmosphere positive here. And I promise they will change their tone the minute your experience becomes a question.
