WD Discovery will not load

I cannot get WD Discovery to load. it still will not load after turning off my Norton security software and turned off microsoft security soft ware. I have tried multiple times and it fails everytime. I downloaded the newer version of WD Discovery off your WD website and it still would not load. I have a WD MyBook 8T WDBBGB model.

I get a message that says:

Installation Failed
We are experiencing issues
Please try again later.
Retry
