WD Discovery Software not working

anyone had troubles WD Discovery Software?

installs and loads ok on laptop but when you choose to “configure” from the “things to do” list it will load the next step, show that it is connected, but if i try to choose one of the options listed (e.g “system”) it does nothing. Windows explorer shows in the bottom right of page “done but with errors”.

is there a fix for this?

i have tried uninstall and re-install but still no luck.

Hi there, the discovery tool works once in a blue moon. Try to map your Hub manually by clicking on start> run> type “\wdtvlivehub” minus the quotes and you should see the main share. Then right click it and select “map network drive”.
