I have WD My Cloud Home and installed WD Discovery on my PC. I can’t login - “Login service unavailable”.

You can follow the steps mentioned below if you are using Windows 10 PC.
1.) Open Run Application (By Pressing Windows + R key together).
2.) Look for WD Discovery Related Services.
3.) Right Click on the Service and go into the Properties.
4.) Start the service as Manual from the General Tab.
5.) Open the Logon Tab from the properties and Choose “This Account”.
If the issue still persists, you can try contacting WDSupport from the link given below.
what service exactly? i cant see service name wd
please help, q can’t use backup folder again
