WD Cloud Home error

Getting Error on My WD Cloud Home 4 TB:

“The disc might be corrupt. Make sure that the disc uses a format that windows recognizes. If the disc is unformatted , you need to format it before using it.”

Please help me to resolve this error permanently. This issue will resolve after restart the Cloud home. but will come again after some time.

Did you check after performing the reset on My Cloud Home device in this concern?

If not, then I would suggest you to perform 1 to 29 second reset operation on My Cloud Home. During this function the device will reboot, momentarily making it inaccessible and then will come to solid white LED light indicating, device is ready to use. This process does not delete data.
It will re-initialize all the configuration settings and reconnect with the My Cloud server to provide better performance. You may refer below article to get details how to reset My Cloud Home device.
