WD Caviar Green (WD10EADS) + Macally G-S350SUA Enclosure not being recognized on windows 7

Hello

I have a WD Caviar Green (WD10EADS) in a Macally G-S350SUA Enclosure. It works just great in any XP/Vista or Mac computer, but not sure why it is recognized by Windows 7.

Has anybody else faced the same issue?

Regards

Gilson

What connection are you using for it? esata? firewire? usb? Are you using the same connection on each computer? Are the operating systems on the same computer or each on a different one?

Aside from needing that to help in any great detail, can you access the BIOS or POST screen on the Windows 7 computer and see if the drive is listed? Have you looked in Windows Disk Management in Windows 7 to see if its listed there? Explain a bit more what you mean by not recognized hehe. Several places where the “connection” could be missing.
