Hello, i buy two hard drives from pakistan in 2013 one hard drive is stop working (very slow) i reached to my dealer (where i buy them) to claim warranty,he is saying that warranty is not possible without warranty card,which he never gave me,but he insist that he gave me,i just want to know that WD Black Caviar 2TB hard drives came with any warranty card (in 2013) if yes,is there any way to claim my warranty.Thanks

Regarding the Warranty Card, That is not necessary to get a replacement from WD. In fact i don’t think WD provides a Warranty card.
