Hello, does Windows 10 requires drivers to detect the SSD? or firmware? The drive is not recognized in BIOS and Windows. Please assist.

Windows 10 has native driver for NVMe drives.

What is the exact model number of the ZBook? there are several models of that computer out there and not all of them support NVMe SSDs.

Also you mention it is not recognized in the BIOS. NVMe drives require UEFI and do not work in legacy BIOS. If you have the option to change from BIOS to UEFI that may be the problem.
