WD Backup will not recognize existing WD Backup file on my Ultra

My Lenovo V570 HD had to be re-formatted. Before I formatted it I made a backup using the WD Backup software and backing it up on my Ultra 2TB Passport. After the reinstallation of WIN 10 I tried to restore my backup but the WD Backup software will not recognize the backup folder on the Ultra. It wants me to do a new backup, because it doesn’t recognize the existing backup. How can I restore my backup?

Try to uninstall the software from the computer and reinstall it again to see if it still does not recognize the backup. Also, just to verify, check the folders on the hard drive to see if the backup is on the drive.
