i have a message to update wd backup from v1.3 to the latest one 1.5.5933 for my passport ultra, but when running the installation it is not competed and stop in the middle, saying “installation complete” but it is not, and always ask me to update…
i tried to remove and reinstall but same.
any idea ?

The latest version is actually 1.6.6060 try installing that from the WD Support site.
