I am upset that SmartWare Pro is no longer available. That’s what I used until I had to get a new computer, running Windows 10. The backup process is very slow, staying on 1% for long periods of time. I can’t seem to lock the drive anymore. Even after ejecting and restarting the computer, it is now always listed as unlocked. Any ideas would be appreciated!
If you had SmartWare Pro at one time then you still have it. I just bought a new Laptop with Windows 10 Pro at Christmas and installed SmartWare Pro on it. Install it and if you see the gold key go ahead and click on it, you will probable be asked to enter your User Name and Password. That should get your SmartWare Pro.
