I have been trying to actually back up files with WD Backup. It says it is working, but doesn’t seem to actually back up anything. It says it has been running for over a day with hourly backups of about 2.7 TB of data, but continues to show 0% complete. Now, the notifications say that “some files failed to back up”, but when I click on “view”, it just opens the current backup plan and there doesn’t seem to be any way to see what it couldn’t back up.
Sure seems to take something that should be simple and makes it overly complicated … or it just doesn’t work. Sure could use some help.
