My Book is recognized in Windows 10 and has a drive letter assigned. It is also found in WD Drive Utilities. After installling WD Backup the App asks for the WD backup target, but does not find My Book. I have checked, whether WD Backup Drive Helper is running under “Services”, but it is not there. It doesn’t make a difference whether My Book is connected directly to the elitebook or via the docking station.
