Hello, I’m on the latest version of WD Backup (1.9.7435.38388). Backs up files fine. However, when I selectively choose an older version of a file to restore with a destination directory other than the original, it does not place the file there. Says successful restore, but the file is not placed in the destination directory. If I use file explorer, I can walk the backup store on My Passport, locate the file, copy it to the destination manually. Any ideas?
Just adding that I did test restoring to the original location and it does appear to work correctly. However, I really need the ability to restore to an alternate directory.
