WD Backup 1.9.117.6823 on 8TB MyBook (WDBBGB0080HBK-N/A) stuck on 41% of 6.22GiB data

since 8 hours or so WD Backup is working on saving c:\users<username> 6.22 GiB (SSD), and still stuck on 41% (2.61GiB).

S.M.A.R.T.-Status is ok.

The drive is exfat formatted.

Yesterday it achieved to backup until 43 or 44% and I did something else and was away from keyboard and noticed, that it then didn’t show no longer the progress bar and didn’t show a red triangle exclamation mark to say something went wrong.

So I was curious, because it didn’t show any information on a succeeded backup process, and there is no backup history or information at all. I decided to backup directly again. Also I don’t know if the backups are full, differential or incremental …

But now it hangs at 41% again for more than 14 hours.

But today it offers version 1.9.7215.6356 instead of 1.9.117.6823. So I’ll try it again after manually upgrade the App (because the App Manager Tab in WD Discovery doesn’t work on upgrade, only on notification).

So I’ll stop it again, upgrade and show how it’ll go then.

There is no way to update the App manually, because I cannot find a download …
