Dear sirs , I have a hard disk model WD AV -GP , however this is encrypted and I don´t know the password, would like to support the masters for firmware recovery, disk recovery however there is no interest in recovering the data just the hardware. In the past there was a program available from Western Digital called Disk Manager (DM), here it was possible the formatting in low level, completely resetting the content and thus recovering the hardware. someone help me ? best regards
