I have tried several times to install the Copy Application Software on my laptop. I have a WD 320 Passport Elite. Could someone please help, I am running Widows 7. Is this the problem?
Since there’s been no replies, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
Note: Make sure you have the lates VCD firmware updates and SmartWare updates, then try again.
