Hi,

I have been using this product for several months and it has been working fine on a Win 7 machine 64 bit.  Today when the machine started it had no Backup Plan found.  I tried to reactivate a backup plan but it would not find an inactive plan.  How can I just select the backup plan I was using?

You can try using the view and restore option to see if the backup plan still resides on the drive.
