WD Access login issue

Hello everyone,
I have installed WD Access as WD MyCloud software os not available anymore.
My only need was to move files between the top level folders without having datas pass through my computer (some of them are public, some other aren’t).

The problem is that the software keep saying “password error” while I’m 100% sure the password is correct (16 characters with capital letters, numbers, underscores).

I also installed WD Sync in order to check and this software recognizes the password and lets me in.

Is there a solution to this really dumb problem?

You should try to map the My Cloud device using the device name on computer. You can refer below article to map the My Cloud device.
